Build and Grow

Well finally mom and dad decided I was old enough to start using a hammer by myself. It has taken them long enough. I know I was ready at the age of 1. Afterall I am very smart for my age. But I try to humor mom and dad and wait for permission. Mom registered me for building lessons at Lowes. It was so much fun. I got my own carpenter Apron with my name on it. Which as every one knows is Frank, that starts with an F. Also I got a hammer and goggles. I borrowed these from Lowes. You get to take home the apron but everything you have to give back. I got to build a dog leash holder. I will not use it for that purpose because our leashes are to heavy mom said. But maybe to hang stuff in my room. I let dad help me some. I don't want him to cry because I am so big and can did it all by myself, afterall parents do get emotional about these things. I know because my mom cries all the time when she sees me doing stuff. Parents are so weird. When you build your holder you have to follow the directions. You start with number one and then go til you are finished. And you have to go in order. Once it is complete you get a certificate and a badge to go on your apron!

After we were done mom and dad had a very special surprise for me. They bought me my very own tool kit. It came with a hammer, screw drivers, goggles and tape measure. Then they got me a car kit to build at home. I was so happy. Now I can help out with repairs at home!I saw a wall that needed some hammering the other day.
